Our Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and we want to make our cancellation policy as clear and fair as possible. Please review the following guidelines:
30 days or less before arrival: Being an inn of only 5 rooms and 2 cottages on a small, remote island, we are unable to absorb the financial impact of cancellations that occur within 30 days of your arrival, and encourage you to purchase Travelerβs Insurance if your plans are uncertain. If you are cancelling 30 days or less prior to your arrival, your payment is non-refundable. This also pertains to last minute reservations.
Prior to 30 days before arrival: Cancellations for individual rooms and cottages made prior to 30 days before arrival will be refunded minus a $50 per room processing fee. If the cancellation is for a βSuite Deal" or βFamily Suiteβ booking, a $100 processing fee applies. If the cancellation is for the βFull Farmhouseβ or a βFull Buyoutβ of the property, 50% of the reservation total will be refunded.

Our Pet Policy:
We strive to create a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all of our guests. While we understand that many people love to travel with their furry companions, we have implemented a no pet policy to ensure the well-being and comfort of all visitors. Please take note of the following guidelines:
- No Pets Allowed: To maintain a clean, allergen-free, and peaceful atmosphere, we do not allow pets of any kind on our property. This policy applies to all areas of our establishment, including guest rooms, common spaces, and outdoor areas.
- Service Animals: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), we welcome guests with service animals that are individually trained to perform specific tasks for individuals with disabilities. If you plan to bring a service animal, please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to accommodate you and your service animal.
- Consequences of Non-Compliance: If a guest is found to have brought a pet onto the property without prior authorization, they may be subject to additional cleaning fees, potential termination of their stay, and other penalties as outlined in our terms and conditions.
