Our Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and we want to make our cancellation policy as clear and fair as possible. Please review the following guidelines:
- Full Refund: If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before your scheduled check-in date. This will ensure you receive a full refund for your stay.
- 50% Refund: If you cancel 14 or more days before your check-in date, but not within 48 hours of making your reservation, you will be refunded 50% of the total cost for all nights booked.
- 50% Refund: If you cancel between 7 and 14 days prior to your check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund for all nights booked.
- No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 7 days before your scheduled check-in date are not eligible for a refund.

Our Pet Policy:
We strive to create a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all of our guests. While we understand that many people love to travel with their furry companions, we have implemented a no pet policy to ensure the well-being and comfort of all visitors. Please take note of the following guidelines:
- No Pets Allowed: To maintain a clean, allergen-free, and peaceful atmosphere, we do not allow pets of any kind on our property. This policy applies to all areas of our establishment, including guest rooms, common spaces, and outdoor areas.
- Service Animals: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), we welcome guests with service animals that are individually trained to perform specific tasks for individuals with disabilities. If you plan to bring a service animal, please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to accommodate you and your service animal.
- Consequences of Non-Compliance: If a guest is found to have brought a pet onto the property without prior authorization, they may be subject to additional cleaning fees, potential termination of their stay, and other penalties as outlined in our terms and conditions.
