For the Market
Raise the market roof.
We need a new roof, and we need your help to make it happen.
The project was planned for 2028, but our insurance company (surprise!) is requiring the roof be replaced by the end of this year. This unexpected demand and accelerated timeline has created an expense we're not financially prepared to take on.
The Market is more than a business — it's a year-round lifeline for the island. Every gift, large or small, will go directly toward protecting this essential service our neighbors depend on. Please help keep this community landmark safe, dry, insurable, and serving North Haven for many years to come.
Our fundraising goal is $16,000 — the estimated material cost of a new metal roof. Contributions beyond our goal will go toward installation, labor, and the never-ending list of other projects.
