Use of the site
This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate reservations, newsletter signups, and freight inquiries for North Haven Inn & Market. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to submit false, misleading, or harmful content through any of our forms.
Reservations & cancellations
Room reservations are subject to our cancellation policy, which is detailed on the Stay With Us page. We reserve the right to update pricing and availability at any time.
Monday Night Dinner
Reservations for Monday Night Dinner are required and are managed through our reservation partner. Seating, menus, and availability are limited and may change. If you can't make it, please cancel as early as possible so we can offer your table to someone else. We reserve the right to release tables for significant late arrivals or no-shows.
Freight & deliveries
Our market truck carries freight to the island as space allows — market groceries are loaded first, and your items come along when there's room. We can't guarantee a delivery date, available space on any given run, or that every item will fit. Freight is carried at the owner's risk: we are not responsible for loss, damage, theft, or delay, and we do not carry insurance on your goods. Please insure valuable or fragile items yourself. Once freight is back on the island, it must be collected from the market promptly — we can't store items long-term and aren't liable for goods left uncollected.
Payments & pricing
Payments for rooms, dinner, and other services may be processed through trusted third-party providers. By booking, you authorize the applicable charges and agree to the cancellation and refund terms tied to that booking. Prices, fees, and availability are subject to change, and we may correct any pricing errors before confirming your reservation.

Our site uses and links to third-party services — including reservation, payment, and review platforms — that operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We aren't responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those services.
