Hello friends,
A quick update from us!
Over the winter, we (okay, David) worked hard on roofing improvements and roughly a million other projects. I also revamped our website, let us know what you think! We brought on a new General Manager, Nathaniel, and welcomed his partner, Jay, as our new innkeeper this spring.
In March, we celebrated the 3-year anniversary of reopening the market (yes, only three years!). At town meeting, the town approved the sale of retail liquor. It’s a lengthy process before we can actually start selling, but it’s an exciting first step, and it sparked some great conversation about how to navigate this as a community.
We also have some returning (Christopher) and new faces (Colleen) helping Ben in the kitchen, and Monday night dinners are starting up again soon! (Like, next week. (June 15th) Reservations open tomorrow morning.) You’ll find them on the website under “Dinner,” and please bear with me if there are any technology glitches along the way. Come join us!
While we’re still chipping away at slowly improving the market and the inn, we’re deeply grateful for your continued support and patience. We hope you notice our efforts and the small improvements along the way. We’re excited for this summer season, somehow it feels like it gets better every year.
